Behavioral Technical

The interview process involves three rounds. The first round is a phone screen, followed by a second round that covers both behavioral and technical aspects. The third round is a technical interview combined with a team fit assessment. I'm currently still in the first round. The recruiters have been very helpful, offering plenty of resources and feedback.

Behavioral Technical

The recruiter reached out, and she was quite nice. She arranged a call with a director. At first, he seemed nice, but then he became overly aggressive. It felt like he was trying to trick me. I think the interview went well, but it was a strange experience and a total cultural mismatch. After that, they ghosted me without a rejection email. I wasn't surprised, as the company seems very disorganized.
