The interview process was pretty simple. First, there was a general phone screening, then a video interview that lasted about 30 minutes, and finally, a two-hour in-office interview with three interviewers. They asked a lot of scenario-based questions to test my experience and how relevant it was. Everyone was really nice, and you could tell they cared about their employees; culture fit was definitely important.

Behavioral Other

I had two interviews. The first was with HR, who was super disorganized and didn't even know the role details, so it felt like a waste of time. Then, I interviewed with a Senior Product Leader who basically told me it's actually a full Product Manager job, but they're calling it Junior PM to pay less. I thought it went okay, but then got a generic rejection after I followed up with the recruiter. The company seems disorganized and dishonest, trying to save money by mislabeling the position. They're in the home real estate market, which is volatile right now, so I'd be wary of them unless you're desperate for cash.

I applied online and was contacted by HR about 3 weeks later. I had an initial call with a recruiter, and then HR contacted me again to set up an interview two weeks later for the same position. It was odd that HR conducted two similar calls for the same position. It gave me the sense that the company is not organized in their recruiting process. Questions from HR felt like something you'd get from customer service when calling a credit card company. I lost interest in working for this company shortly after they started asking certain questions.
