Had 3 phone interviews, then an in-person. It really felt like a waste of time since all the concerns they brought up about me were things they could have easily seen on my resume, and then they rejected me for those exact issues. Made it tough to even figure out why it was worth talking to them in the first place.

I had a phone interview with an outsourced recruiter. After that, I had to record myself on video for them to review before they scheduled the phone interview. The company paid for my flights and hotel in advance, but they wouldn't cover my $47.91 car rental. It's strange because when they fly someone in from out of town, how are they supposed to get around without a rental car? I sent all my receipts to the hiring manager by mail, but he said he never got them. I had to use my credit card statement to get paid. They act like it's coming out of their own pockets.
