Support Engineer
So the interview process started with an HR screening call where we talked about my background, my skills and what I was looking for in the role. After that, there was a technical interview to check my practical knowledge and see what I've done in the past. Then, I had a chat with the hiring manager to see if I'd fit in with the team and if the role was a good match. Once I passed those, HR went over the pay and what happens next.

Junior Art Director
First round was a quick call, very straightforward, asking who you are and what you want. Second round was a call with an international recruiter who explained the company and hiring process, then asked me to introduce myself. Third round involved a creative project based on a brief, quite complex. The fourth round was supposed to be an interview with the area manager, but I only got to the third round. They gave me lots of compliments on my project, but I guess they hired some superhero.

Director
My resume was picked up from an online application. I was initially excited about the job description and salary range, but the talent recruiter misrepresented the role. She asked about my salary expectations, and my answer was within the posted range. Then, she revealed the maximum budget was significantly lower than advertised, falling below my stated expectations. I was surprised and needed to pause. I tried to salvage the situation by asking more about the role, but she was brief and suggested that my pause indicated it wasn't a good fit. It felt like she was inexperienced and didn't grasp that people might consider a lower salary for other benefits of a role. This kind of manipulative interaction is unethical. Job seekers are trying to find the right fit, and at minimum, we expect a respectful process from employers.

BI & Analytics Engineer
Honestly, believe everything you hear about this company ghosting candidates. I went through about 5 interview rounds. I got really good feedback after each one and thought I was making a connection with the hiring team. But they haven't responded to my follow-up for the final round in weeks, even though they said they'd get back in a week and have since ignored my emails. They were also pretty rigid about salary and wanting to be in the office daily, which is weird considering the role involves working with international and remote colleagues. All in all, I wouldn't bother with this role, at least not for this team. Maybe other teams are better since it's a huge company.
