There were a few rounds of interviews and overall it went well. Rounds 1 through 7 all went well and I think the company is very good. The interviewer asked a lot of questions from round 1 to round 5. I must say that everyone should apply and give it a chance.

I got referred by someone I know and then heard back from talent acquisition to schedule a call with a director in the Pharma/Health group, which happened the next day. She really liked my background and asked some general questions about my experience. She seemed eager to have me come in person to the office soon. The next week, I went to HQ for three interviews with different people from the group. The first person was the director I spoke with, and she mostly talked about the role and the team, saying it was basically a done deal. The next person asked specific questions about my resume, but it felt like she hadn't prepared, which was annoying given the short interview time. The third interviewer didn't show up at all, and after waiting for 20 minutes, I was told there was a scheduling issue. Right after the interviews, they wanted to set up a call with HR to talk about pay and benefits. I was getting good vibes from my referrer throughout, who said they were definitely hiring me. Two days later, I talked to HR about benefits and my salary expectations. My number fit their budget, and she said she'd follow up internally. Less than two hours later, I got an automated email saying they were moving forward with other candidates, which seemed weird. I called them, and the talent acquisition person didn't know what I was talking about. The HR person called back later, apologized, and said the email shouldn't have been sent yet. Her feedback was super vague. I emailed the interviewers for more clarity, but only one responded, and she didn't even address my feedback request. I was confused and disappointed by their disorganization and how they handled things, but glad I saw those red flags early.

The interview process was very good and smooth. I learned about the daily life at the job. Overall, the interview went very well, but I got an offer from another place.
