The interview process is pretty quick and simple. First, there's an HR Call where we'll chat about your background, what you're looking for salary-wise, and the specifics of the job. Then comes the Technical Round, which involves a writing test or a discussion about your writing skills, grammar, and how you structure content. After that, you'll have a Manager Round, the final interview, where the hiring manager will dive into your writing experience, content strategy ideas, and what you expect from the role. If everything looks good, HR will get in touch with the offer details. It's usually a smooth and fast process, taking about 1-2 weeks from the first HR call to getting an offer.

Senior Systems Administrator
The interview process was pretty straightforward. After my resume was picked, a recruiter reached out to find a good time to talk. The first round was with the team lead, who went over technical stuff related to my background. Then, I had a round with the manager who asked about my past jobs, why I left my last position, and talked about what projects are coming up. The final step was discussing the offer with HR. It was a good interview experience overall.
- Can you describe the patching process?
- How would you troubleshoot a slow server?
