The interview process was pretty good. It started with a six-month contract before they offered me a direct hire. They didn't let me know I was on a probationary test during the contracting period. I proved myself to be a capable installation technician by being good at what I do. It was near the end of the project when CompuCom finally told me they wanted to hire me.
