Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CompuCom.
Project Manager
had a phone interview where they asked technical and general questions. The interview was direct and clearly communicated client requirements and expectations. I was well-guided on the day of the interview with the main client and asked for feedback. They sent thank you letters and kept me updated on client comments. There was a little salary negotiation after the client decided to hire me. Overall, the management was very easy to work with.

Project Manager
The hiring process was efficient and professional. It started with a 45-minute phone interview, followed by a 1.5-hour in-person interview the next day. A final meeting occurred the day after that to present the contract. Both interviewers were great and knew their stuff. The first two interviews were technical, focusing on my PM experience, skills, how I handle professional development, my usual practices, templates, how I communicate, and how I interact with clients since it's a client-facing job. The last meeting was more about seeing if I'd be a good culture fit and to go over contract details like duration, potential extension, terms, and salary. They made sure I understood the project scope and what was needed from me and the team to meet the tight deadline.
