First, a recruiter screened me. Then, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, who is in a different state. After that, I did a take-home assignment for the hiring manager. The recruiter then called to negotiate salary. I initially turned down the first offer but then accepted the second offer.

There was a phone call and a face to face interview, and I also had an assignment to finish. The assignment was just to check language and MS Office skills. After that, if I was shortlisted, they set up a discussion round with the team.
