Solution Architect
This was the first round. The interviewer had significantly less experience than me and struggled with English. They asked about SOLID principles, some cloud concepts, and then a coding challenge: count character frequencies in a string. I used a dictionary for this, but was rejected. I expected higher standards from CBA, and felt the rejection was unfair given the interviewer's communication issues. Good luck if you encounter similar interviewers; it felt like a waste of time with clueless people.
- They asked me questions and I was able to answer 100% of them still I got rejected in the first round.
- The person taking the interview was not able to speak English properly as well.
- And i thought company like CBA sets high standards .
Chapter Lead
This was a really bad interview process. It took them about 2 months just to review my resume. After that, they seemed to be in a rush to get the interviews done. The HR person refused to reschedule, which was strange. The technical round wasn't great; the questions felt like they were looking for answers to their specific internal issues, which I wasn't happy with. Then, the HR person ghosted me, not replying even after I sent four emails. The HR's attitude was very poor, and the technical rounds were also below par.

I applied online and got an invitation for an in-person interview at their New York office. The day kicked off with two assessments I did on site, then two 30-minute interviews with different team members. After that, we did a group case study where I collaborated with other candidates to look at a scenario and then present what we found to a panel. The day ended with a quick networking session with employees, which was a good chance for me to ask questions and learn about the culture. Following that round, I was chosen to move on to the virtual Super Day. This involved one single one-hour interview with two senior executives. Mostly behavioral questions were asked, with a few business ones thrown in.

Senior Analyst
I applied on the company's website and then had a quick screening call with HR. Two days later, I had my first interview, which was a one-hour online session with the team lead and a senior team member. Three days after that, I got invited for the second and final round, a brief 15-minute in-person chat with an executive. They extended a verbal offer five business days later. The whole thing wrapped up in under a month.
