So we had this psychometric test first, then I interviewed with the person I'd report to and some of my future colleagues. HR took ages to get back with any kind of feedback though. They ended up picking someone with international experience, which they didn't really mention was a big deal upfront. It felt like a good start, but the final decision seemed a bit off based on stuff they didn't bring up before. Would have been better if they were clearer about what they were really looking for.

I applied online and got a call from a recruiter within 24 hours. It was unexpected because no one had reached out to schedule a screening call, so it was like a cold call screening, which is unusual for me, but I liked their eagerness. The recruiter asked some basic screening questions and then said the hiring manager was setting up interviews and would send me some time options in the next few days. The recruiter also said I could reach out anytime. I felt pretty good about it after the call. When I didn't get the scheduling invite they mentioned, I contacted the recruiter, but they never replied. Weeks later, I got a standard rejection email. So, what seemed like a really good start ended up being pretty bad. Basically, the recruiter just ghosted me without any explanation.

I had 3 panel interviews, each with at least one female interviewer. The panel consisted of two General Managers and a female HR Manager. After I passed the interviews, I had to do an online psychometric assessment, which included tests on personality, reading, listening, numerical reasoning, and pattern recognition. It was quite tough. The whole process felt very comprehensive, and I'd advise future applicants to really prepare and learn as much as they can about the job and the company.
