The interview process involved two stages. First, I spoke with the Line Manager, and then I had a second interview with the Enterprise Manager. We discussed my previous roles and I was asked to give examples, using a STAR-based approach to describe situations.

Got referred by a friend and after two weeks, the HR sent an email with available slots. I confirmed a slot and had an interview with the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. The interview was constructive, and towards the end, they asked about my joining obligations. I had expectations from the discussion. It's been 40 days with no response from HR. It's unfortunate that when candidates email, no one responds. The status on the CBA site is still 'interview', so I'm unsure if it's in progress or rejected. It's a shame HR doesn't take ownership to respond.
