So there were four rounds in total. First was a 20 minute call with the recruiter, it had behavioral and easy technical questions. The second round was all behavioral. Third was about general fit and my interests. The last round was purely technical.

The recruiters and interviewers were really communicative and nice, and they seemed to genuinely care about the candidates. They were quick to respond and kept me updated throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this company and interviewing here; it was a good experience overall.

I was contacted by a recruiter at Motion Recruitment, who was friendly and professional. I interviewed for a project manager role and was informed that the interview went well, although I did not get the job. The interview was casual, conducted via video with the hiring manager, and didn't involve many difficult questions. Another team wants to interview me this week for a Sr. Project Manager role. My overall experience was positive the first time, and I hope to be overly prepared this time as well.

So the first part was the recruiter call, then I had a technical screen where they asked me about my background, why I wanted to work for them, and why underwriting specifically. Then they hit me with some accounting questions like what you'd look for in financials and red flags, and to give an overview of financial statements. The final round was an onsite interview.
