I was contacted by a recruiter at Motion Recruitment, who was friendly and professional. I interviewed for a project manager role and was informed that the interview went well, although I did not get the job. The interview was casual, conducted via video with the hiring manager, and didn't involve many difficult questions. Another team wants to interview me this week for a Sr. Project Manager role. My overall experience was positive the first time, and I hope to be overly prepared this time as well.

Super simple process. A recruiter reached out about the position. It took about a week or two to set up a chat with the Hiring Manager. After I talked to the Hiring Manager, I had another chat with the team, and then got feedback from the recruiter.

Had an interview with the manager. The manager seemed uninterested and didn't ask many relevant questions. Their overall demeanor made me less interested in the position, which felt like a red flag. Later found out the manager is also a minister/pastor. They were not friendly, and I wouldn't want to work with or for them. The interview felt like a total waste of time.
