It was a pretty chill interview. They seemed to like talking about the company. Just be yourself and friendly. They asked some basic questions and seemed to appreciate thoughtful answers. I had two interviews, one with a manager and another with their right-hand person. They both had very different personalities.

Had three interviews. One technical, one cultural, and one behavioral fit. Technical interview questions were simple accounting stuff. For the behavioral part of the interview, I would suggest being familiar with the interviewer's background to create some synergy and an impression.

I did the first part of the interview over video. Later that day, they called me to set up an in-person interview. The in-person interview was pretty chill, not a lot of questions, mostly just chatting about future possibilities. They offered me the job right then and there. Management then gave me a tour of the branch and introduced me to everyone.
