I was actually contacted by a talent scout for the company and told to apply right away. I got a call back about three days later for a panel interview. It went really well! Even though there were three interviewers, only one led the discussion. They all seemed pretty relaxed and not too stressed.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

It all kicked off with their online application. After that, I had a phone screen with someone. Then, I believe it was folks from the actual center who did a phone quiz. If I passed that, I met them in person and they made their decision. This turned out to be a contact center role, and they were really focused on sales, asking a lot of sales-related questions. It felt a bit like a bait and switch. One person on the panel seemed totally checked out and didn't say much. It's probably for the best I didn't get an offer, and I'm relieved about that now.

I got a call about a week after applying. First I had a phone interview, and then right after, within an hour, I interviewed with the branch manager. That went super well. The recruiter then called a few hours later to set up an interview with the regional manager. It took us about a week to find a time that worked. That interview was rough, she asked about company history, which I couldn't find online. I really thought I bombed that one. But then two weeks later, they offered me the job, which really surprised me. I had to do a background check, credit check, and a drug test. About a week after that, they let me know everything was cleared.
