I went through 2 phone interviews and then 1 in-person interview. The initial phone interview with HR was about 25 minutes long and very thorough, with around 15 questions asked, so I had to answer pretty quickly. Then there was another phone interview with the hiring manager. The in-person interview consisted of two one-on-one sessions and one panel interview with 4 people. It was intense but professional.

I applied online on 4/21. The first step was a phone screening on 4/26 with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. They asked me about my past jobs, some basic accounting stuff, and how I handle problems. Then, I had a face-to-face interview on 5/4. I met with the Manager and a Senior person individually for about 30 minutes each. They also asked about my work history, basic accounting questions, and what I prefer in terms of work style, like whether I like working in groups or alone and if I prefer doing the same task or different tasks.

I had a phone call with HR that lasted about 50 minutes, because I had time constraints for the next couple of weeks. Then the next morning I had an in-person interview that lasted about an hour. I spent most of the time talking with my would-be manager, who had a paper with questions and took notes. After the interviews, the higher-up manager took me to meet the team.
