HR Assistant
The hiring journey was super structured and really thorough. There were a bunch of interview rounds with an HR assistant, an HR Officer, then the head of the department, the head of the division, and finally the head of the group. It definitely showed how carefully and formally the bank checks out candidates. The whole thing took months and there were quite long waits between updates, but they were always professional in their communication. Keep in mind, the timelines can change based on when roles open up and when the interviewers are free.

Information Security Analyst
I applied online and the hiring process moved along pretty fast and felt relaxed, like I could go at my own speed. They made me feel like my input mattered throughout. After finishing the exam and interviews, I got placed in the department I wanted. I ended up getting hired and received a job offer.
- HR asked some typical questions.
- The department interview included questions about the job and my course.
Management Trainee
The interview was pretty chill. The person interviewing me was nice, but I could tell they were still evaluating me. It's super important to remember what you put on your resume and to look into the job you're applying for. It's a good idea to check if other jobs are open for applications before you start.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Developer
They had an onsite pre-employment exam, then an interview with HR. It took 2-3 weeks for the tech interview. During the tech interview, 2 people interviewed me and asked about my skills and background. I was told to just be confident. After that, they would email or message me for the final interview, but I haven't heard back yet.
- Can you rate your skills on a scale of 1 to 10?
