I sent my application to them thru email and they texted me for an exam scheduled the next day. You will fill up the application form and will answer 3 questions which will be in paragraph form (like a short essay). Then exams.. time is of the essence. They will ask you to stay in the room if you passed so that they can give you a schedule for the initial interview.. my interview was scheduled the next day. It was all about your personal information, relationship with your family, and the your advantage from other applicants. The interviewer told me that they will contact me again within 1 to 2 weeks for the final interview. Exactly 1 week, I received a call that the manager and immediate supervisor was available that day so I hurried to their office. The interview was relaxed since the interviewers were nice and accommodating.

Applied online and got an invite for an exam. First, filled out an applicant form, then the exam started. The exam had two parts: (1) number series, deep vocabulary, mathematical logic, timed for 15 minutes, which was long and I barely finished, so I shotgun some answers. (2) Logic series like which series comes next. This part had 4 sections, each timed for 5 minutes. After the exam, there was a 15-minute break. HR immediately checked the tests for same-day results. Those who didn't pass the score requirement were called out first. If you passed, you'd get scheduled for an HR interview. The HR interview asked personal questions, about internships, and the base salary is apparently 12k. The recruiter said they'd call in 1 or 2 weeks, but I got called for the second interview the same day because the department replied fast. My first choice wasn't responsive and they were likely deliberating from their shortlist. I got called for my second choice. The second interview was with the direct manager, group manager, and head. HR forgot to give me the contact person, and they were hard to reach, so I looked stupid. I was about to leave but got fetched. Interviewers wanted me to speak in Tagalog because they found speaking in English intimidating. The office looks stuck in the 90s, very traditional and disorganized! They asked way too many personal questions that didn't seem to fit the job scope, like about family, which I'm not comfortable with, but they were insistent. Regarding growth, it doesn't seem like there will be much; it's more on an initiative basis with no training. I really disliked my experience.

I took a pre-examination on February 24th which included tests in English, Logic, Abstract, and Math. It was a strict exam with limited time for each section. After the exam, those who passed were offered an interview that day or the following week. They asked questions about my application and resume, and also inquired about any failing grades.
