The hiring process starts with an exam, which is a basic intelligence test with a time limit. After that, there's an HR interview, followed by an interview with the potential supervisor. There might be more interviews depending on the specific position.

The whole thing took about 2-3 weeks. It started with an exam, and if you passed, you moved on to an initial interview. That interview covered common questions related to what I put on my application before the exam. After waiting about 1 or 2 weeks, I got an interview with the manager of the department I was being considered for. This part had situational questions and asked about my finance knowledge to see if I was a good fit. They also gave me another exam after the interview.

The application starts with a quick exam covering basic math, number patterns, and vocabulary, followed immediately by an abstract reasoning test. Within about 10 minutes, results are announced, and only those who pass the score threshold get an interview with HR. We discussed salary then, but it was below the industry average, so I turned down the offer.
