I submitted my application online in May 2019. Two days later, I got a text about a pre-employment exam. The exam was timed and included vocabulary and numerical reasoning for 15 minutes, plus abstract reasoning with 4 sections, 10 items each, and 2 minutes per section. After the exam, we waited 25 minutes for results. 18 out of 20 applicants passed. Then, we got scheduled for an initial interview, and I was lucky to be scheduled that day, while others were scheduled for later. The initial interview with HR went well because they were really nice. It lasted about 10 minutes. They told me to keep my phone lines open and that they'd contact me in 1 to 2 weeks for the final interview. Unfortunately, two weeks passed, and I never heard back from them.

I had to take an exam that tested math and abstract reasoning, and it was timed, making it challenging. After passing the exam, I was immediately contacted to schedule an initial interview with HR. This interview focused on personal questions and inquiries about the role I was applying for. About five days later, I was called for a final interview at a branch in Makati. Following the final interview, I was asked to return to the HR office where I was given a job offer. Initially, they just wanted to learn about me to see how well I could manage myself during interviews.

First, you have to take a pre-exam, then there's an initial interview, and if you pass that, a final interview. They mentioned I'd wait about 2 weeks to hear back after the final interview, regardless of the outcome.
