A recruiter reached out. We confirmed my interest in the position, and they explained the company, its culture, work model (remote, contractor, or employee), and salary expectations. Then, I had a conversation with the technical lead or area manager. They assessed my past experiences, knowledge in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, API consumption, and best practices. They also looked at my soft skills: communication, proactivity, and willingness to learn.

The interview process kicked off with a recruiter call, where I introduced myself, talked about my experiences, and she gave me insights into the company and we discussed salary ranges. I then moved on to the next phase, which was an interview with the hiring manager. This manager's interview felt more like a competitive analysis than a role-specific discussion. After this, I completed a test they sent over, but I didn't get any feedback. I had to push hard for an update, and then suddenly the position was canceled.

The hiring process is very straightforward, consisting of just two stages: an initial chat with the recruiter and a technical interview with the hiring manager. This efficient approach respects the candidate's time, avoiding lengthy and tiring procedures. The recruiter, Vitória, was very attentive, polite, and welcoming, making the experience feel light, respectful, and transparent. She handled each part with empathy, always available to answer questions and clarify expectations for the next steps. The communication was clear, quick, and kind, which made me feel valued. Regardless of the outcome, I'm grateful for how the process was managed, especially Vitória's care and professionalism, which was a definite plus.

The process was pleasant, my first contact was with Steffane. The interview was straightforward, I got to learn about the role, responsibilities, and compensation. Feedback was quick. I had a technical interview that was quite technical, but within expectations for a senior level. There was an interview with the client, which was very good, covering personal and technical aspects where I felt very comfortable. Steffane kept in touch, informing me about the next steps, she was reassuring and supported me throughout.
