We started with a relaxed chat about something I have in common with the interviewer, which was good to break the ice right away. Then he started explaining about the company, told me about his career and his years of experience with BRQ, and after that asked me to talk about myself. In the end, he gave his feedback, said he really liked the interview and that he would get in touch when everything was settled on the company's side.

After the resume selection, there were 2 programming logic tests, one in math and another in the language of the role. After that, the Entry Point program started, lasting 1 month, with a programming course for the available role. The course happened Monday to Friday, and all participants who completed it received a certification. Right after, there was a group activity and the hiring phase.
