We started with a relaxed chat about something I have in common with the interviewer, which was good to break the ice right away. Then he started explaining about the company, told me about his career and his years of experience with BRQ, and after that asked me to talk about myself. In the end, he gave his feedback, said he really liked the interview and that he would get in touch when everything was settled on the company's side.
