Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty smooth and took about two weeks in total. First, there was a chat with the Recruitment team covering behavioral questions, how the selection process generally works, the challenges of the position, and an introduction to the company and its benefits. Next, the Technical team discussed my technical skills, past projects, and some behavioral aspects. Finally, there was an interview with the Client PM, which was a bit of a recap of the previous stages but focused on their specific needs.
