Behavioral Technical

The hiring process is very straightforward, consisting of just two stages: an initial chat with the recruiter and a technical interview with the hiring manager. This efficient approach respects the candidate's time, avoiding lengthy and tiring procedures. The recruiter, Vitória, was very attentive, polite, and welcoming, making the experience feel light, respectful, and transparent. She handled each part with empathy, always available to answer questions and clarify expectations for the next steps. The communication was clear, quick, and kind, which made me feel valued. Regardless of the outcome, I'm grateful for how the process was managed, especially Vitória's care and professionalism, which was a definite plus.

Behavioral Technical Coding

First I had a chat with HR, then I talked to the company's technology manager, it was a pretty chill interview with some tech questions. Then the interview with the client was awful. Some Tech lead from Itaú was super arrogant and acted like he invented computers, very rude. I left the interview totally demotivated and didn't take the offer.
