Junior Developer
It was a quick evaluation with relevant feedback, pointing out areas for improvement. The process isn't rigid and is very transparent. First, we have the recruiter's approach, then a conversation with a specialist who does a technical analysis.

It was a group interview, and then there was a week-long training course. Only 5 out of 15 candidates get hired after the course. The training tests the candidate's logical ability by making them experience real work situations.
