Você fez toda a diferença Vitoria

Had an initial interview with the Recruiter and I'm still waiting for feedback for the next stage with the Client. The first stage was pretty chill, where I had the chance to introduce myself and talk about my professional background and knowledge. After the interview, the recruiter approved me for the next stage with the Client. I've been waiting for this stage for almost a month now. I even reached out to her to ask about the process status, but no response. To me, this says a lot about the company's processes. They could have at least given some feedback or status update, whether I was disqualified or if the position was frozen, but they didn't even do that.

The HR manager conducted the first interview, which was a friendly and clear conversation. A month later, she contacted me again, explaining that the client had been slow to provide feedback but they wished to proceed. We scheduled another interview, but it was postponed due to an unforeseen issue with the BRQ coordinator. We rescheduled for the following week. During this interview, I was with the BRQ coordinator and four client analysts, but no one from HR. The client analysts led the entire interview, asking me technical questions. My 'future boss' didn't greet me or say anything at all. It's now two months after this interview, and I've received no further communication. I messaged HR for feedback a few days later, and they said the client was taking time to respond. Overall, the process was slow, inefficient, lacked feedback, and demonstrated a complete disorganization in the company's procedures.
- Basic questions were asked by HR, while the client asked technical questions relevant to the position.
