UI/UX Designer
Recieved the offer via LinkedIn, then had a quick chat with the recruiter who was super upfront about the role, pay, perks, and work style. Next, I talked with the Senior Designer for a technical interview. It was more of a chill conversation about the job's hurdles and my skills for what they need, no test required. The whole thing was straightforward and quick. Ten days later, I was starting onboarding.

The process was straightforward. Some questions were answered, and I discussed my career path. The interviewer was scheduled to call me at a certain time but was almost an hour late.

UX Designer
First you talk with the manager and after with the customer that you will attend. After this the HR will talk to you about the process for start and will do the onboarding of the company. The only problem is the onboarding in the customer because is terrible you spend a lot of time for understand what happend.
