Analista Sênior
I applied for the role and within a little over a week, I was contacted for an interview with HR. The HR interview was very smooth and the professional was very well-prepared. It was one of the best HR interviews I've had. On the same day, I received feedback for the next stage with the hiring manager, and it was scheduled for the next day. However, the manager didn't show up, and HR didn't respond. The next day, they replied saying they would reschedule. After two weeks, and with a lot of insistence from my side, they informed me that they had decided to make internal movements. I found it to be disrespectful to the candidate.

Administrative
The hiring process was a series of frustrating events, showing a great lack of professionalism and respect for my time. After discussing salary expectations and completing an interview and several online tests, I was asked to dedicate time to a case study, all within 24 hours because the role was urgent. However, their urgency disappeared when it came to providing feedback or showing respect. The interview with the manager was canceled at the last minute and rescheduled more than twice, always at the last minute. The lack of a new schedule and clear communication about the process status shows that candidates are treated as disposable objects, which makes me wonder how they treat employees after hiring. The company demonstrated internal disorganization, incompetence, and unprofessionalism from everyone involved, and a disregard for the candidate experience. It's a huge lack of respect for me as a human being.

Customer Service Analyst
O processo levou duas semanas.

Legal Assistant
It was an agile process. I applied one day and the next I got an email scheduling the online interview. The interviewer was very nice and friendly, which made me feel comfortable. She asked about my career and how I could help BRF grow. She expressed a strong desire for me to join the team and asked if I had any questions. I inquired about the role itself, my duties, and responsibilities (which were numerous), as well as salary and benefits. This is where I was disappointed. There were a lot of demands, but the offered salary was less than that of a production operator (no offense intended). I asked about growth opportunities, and the answer was no. It was a total letdown.
