The hiring process was a series of frustrating events, showing a great lack of professionalism and respect for my time. After discussing salary expectations and completing an interview and several online tests, I was asked to dedicate time to a case study, all within 24 hours because the role was urgent. However, their urgency disappeared when it came to providing feedback or showing respect. The interview with the manager was canceled at the last minute and rescheduled more than twice, always at the last minute. The lack of a new schedule and clear communication about the process status shows that candidates are treated as disposable objects, which makes me wonder how they treat employees after hiring. The company demonstrated internal disorganization, incompetence, and unprofessionalism from everyone involved, and a disregard for the candidate experience. It's a huge lack of respect for me as a human being.
