Behavioral

The process was simple and straightforward, with the recruiter focusing more on behavioral profile than technical skills. Communication was clear and efficient, which contributed to a good experience. I was satisfied with how the process was conducted and the approach taken by the recruiter.

Behavioral Technical

I applied through the BRF careers website. The recruiter contacted me on WhatsApp to schedule a chat. The first interview with HR is quite relaxed and pleasant, and it was very well conducted with standard interview questions. I passed, and then I had the interview with the managers. It was quite relaxed, and they wanted to know which area you liked most in college, your experiences, and what you learned the most. However, during the interview, I realized they were looking for an intern who was already ready, with full knowledge of the Office suite, who could lead team meetings, and who had already worked in the area, not someone who was there to learn. I was not approved.

Behavioral Technical

The whole thing went by pretty fast, only took about two weeks. The HR interview was good, but I can't say the same for the one with the analyst from the team. They seem to expect people just starting out to know as much as professionals already working, and they don't even hide their disinterest when you're talking. I think they should rethink the job requirements when they post them. People new to the field need chances to get experience, and it's super frustrating to be underestimated just because you don't have a ton of background. I never heard back after the last interview like they said I would.
