Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BRF.
Senior Analyst
The interview process involves an initial recruiter call, followed by a technical screen. Candidates need to prepare a presentation based on a case study provided beforehand. This presentation will be shared with managers prior to the in-person interview. The onsite portion includes interviews with a panel and the VP, likely covering leadership, marketing environment, and industrial background. Finally, HR will conduct a background check before an offer is extended.
- Can you describe your experience within the industry?
- What do you see as the advantages and disadvantages of this position?
Pricing Analyst
The hiring process was pretty standard. It started with a recruiter call where the HR analyst just asked about my salary expectations. On the same day, she scheduled the interview for the next day, acting like I had all the time in the world and not even asking if that date worked for me. Then, there was an interview with HR focused on behavioral aspects and skills. After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager, who, by the way, was a bit arrogant. During the interview with the manager, I was heavily pressed about having fluent English and advanced technical knowledge in ERP, etc. This was for a JUNIOR position. Basically, it was a junior role with an intern's salary but with senior-level requirements and tasks. A total trap, I just wasted my time.
- What's your experience with pricing?
- What are your salary expectations?
- Tell me about your background in pricing.

Desmarcaram duas vezes.
