Após quase 2 meses, eles enviam uma mensagem automática de desclassificação. Depois de alguns meses, um novo recrutador aborda para recomeçar o mesmo processo e tudo ocorre igual novamente.

Technical Case Presentation Behavioral
There were challenging logical tests, do as many as you can as 1-2 questions are impossible within the time limit. First AC. Then ice breaking at the office. After that, a case study about boots, with impromptu groups formed. We took turns presenting our findings, which involved financial analysis and decision-making. The session was half a day. Finally, there were two rounds of HR/hiring manager interviews where they asked about my resume, past experiences, and behavioral questions. I withdrew before the VP final interview because I had other offers. You have to fight to talk and lead discussions.

First was an assessment center, then 2 rounds of interviews, first with HR then the hiring manager. HR was very responsive. The assessment center included numerical reasoning and 2 case studies with a group discussion.
