I applied for the role and within a little over a week, I was contacted for an interview with HR. The HR interview was very smooth and the professional was very well-prepared. It was one of the best HR interviews I've had. On the same day, I received feedback for the next stage with the hiring manager, and it was scheduled for the next day. However, the manager didn't show up, and HR didn't respond. The next day, they replied saying they would reschedule. After two weeks, and with a lot of insistence from my side, they informed me that they had decided to make internal movements. I found it to be disrespectful to the candidate.

I applied through the BRF job site and about a week and a half after, they got in touch for a Teams interview with the management. It was a really chill 30-minute interview where they asked about my personal and professional life, my good and bad traits, when I could start, and explained more about the role. The interviewers were great and made me feel super comfortable.

The company's selection process was great and very good. The HR department provided a good explanation during onboarding, integration, and other processes. Many people have said it's a great company to work for, and I was able to confirm this during the selection process.
- Where do you see yourself in this company in 5 years?
