The HR process was good, it took a couple of weeks, but communication was great. The interviews with the "business" side were strange. First of all, there were three separate interviews after I had already interviewed with two other people. This felt excessive for a low-level role, but whatever. Of the last three interviews, one interviewer acted very strangely and didn't even look at the camera. Another interviewer asked nonsensical questions and had a heavy accent, and also couldn't really answer any follow-up questions to make answering easier.
- Can you walk me through a case study that you approached in isolation?

Interview Process was very smooth and took 1 week to conduct whole interview process. Included 2 technical rounds and 1 managerial round. After a week got a call that I have cleared all the interview rounds. But, later they said that they have selected another candidate who can join immediately. After 2-3 weeks received another call that they are another opening. But this time also, after sending all the details they again hired another immediate joiner.

The interview process went well, but the recruiter wasn't super clear on how things worked. I passed all the interview rounds and got an email confirmation. After finishing the selection steps, I was waiting for the offer letter, but nothing came. I called them after a few days and they said there were delays on the management side but that I'd get the offer soon. When I followed up again about 20 days later, they told me the hiring process was on hold and they'd get back to me later. It's a bummer that candidates' time got wasted like this if the hiring needs weren't clearly defined. Better communication and being upfront would really make the candidate experience much better.
- Tell me about common React and JavaScript concepts.
- Can you explain React's lifecycle?
- What is the difference between useMemo and useCallback?

The interview process was good. The first round, the interviewer asked about myself and my past experience, then couple basic questions that a frontend developer should know, like what is webpack, what and why to use hooks and their comparison with lifecycle methods, followed by a few tricky javascript questions to check my grasp. At the end, I asked him about his work and day-to-day. He explained and gave good insight into his work and contributions. The interviewer was friendly. The second round, a new interviewer asked similar introductory questions. I explained my current and past professional work. He also asked conceptual questions about react, javascript, and frontend in general. He was very friendly and even gave hints when I was stuck.
