The interview process started with a recruiter scheduling a Teams meeting to tell me more about the company and the job. Then I had a second Teams meeting with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was overloaded and looking for someone to help them out, which kinda turned me off the job.

They emailed me to schedule an intro call and then afterwards they would get back to me about scheduling a follow up interview with other members of the hiring team. I never heard back despite emailing them several times and they even responded saying "things are busy we will get back to you" and they simply never did. Really bad business.
