BOLD Hardware Test / Validation Engineer Interview Questions

So after applying for the WHITE BOX TEST ENGINEER role, the process started with a written test and then a face-to-face HR discussion. Then there was a first technical interview where I was asked about my last project and some basic testing concepts. After that, a managerial round took place. I was actually asked to leave after these three rounds, but then about 20 days later, HR called me back for a final discussion about the same position. I took a day off work to go in, but the Senior Manager wasn't there, so the manager interviewed me instead. HR mentioned the Sr Manager was sick and they'd arrange a call. The next day, they called saying they wanted me to meet the Sr Manager. So I took another leave day, went to their office with all my documents because they asked me to bring them for offer letter processing. The final round was completed and I submitted photocopies related to my current job, and we discussed the final salary. They asked me to leave promising the offer letter soft copy the next day. It's been a month now, and I haven't received any offer letter. I've called them twice, but no positive response.

Hiring process is too bad. After saying that u have shortlisted from the 1 round and scheduling ur 2 round till now i am waiting for the second round no response from the HR its been 3weeks now and the HR don’t even response on calls and mails. They just waste candidates time, effort and fool them. Please don’t apply in this company.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews, with a 1-2 day break in between. The rounds were on February 18th, February 22nd, and February 24th, 2023. I felt I performed well in all areas of my testing skills and maintained good communication throughout.
