Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BOLD.
Financial Analyst
The interview process started well with a great intro, but then it became really unprofessional and ridiculous during the technical screening. They made us take two exams, each an hour long, and then disqualified us for minor mistakes. These mistakes were due to their unclear questions. There was no feedback or follow-up call, just a rejection based on their own shortcomings. I've heard from many others who had the exact same experience. It's not worth your time to interview here.
- Behavioral questions were easy.
- Technical questions were ridiculous and unprofessional.
Financial Analyst
Starts with a 30 min phone interview with HR. Then moving on to the hiring manager, team members (2 in my case), an executive, and back to the hiring manager again. They also have timed Excel exercises.
- Can you introduce yourself and tell me what your career aspirations are?
Financial Analyst
I had two phone interviews, one case study, and a zoom conference interview, then met the hiring manager on-site. The whole thing took about a month. The HR team was super responsive and helpful with all my questions. Overall, it was a really smooth process.
- What is your familiarity with E-commerce?
