First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bally's Interactive.
CRM Executive
It was a pretty standard interview process. First, I had a 1-hour call with the internal recruiter to see if I was a good fit for the job. Then, I spoke with the managers for an hour about my past work experiences and what the daily tasks involve. The final part was a 1-hour presentation/assessment with the manager and director. This was likely the most important interview, where they asked about my reasoning, how I think, and how I approach problems, along with more questions about the presentation itself. After about a week, they called to offer me the position.
- Standard questions like 'Why are you interested in this company and this specific role?', and 'What are your future career aspirations?' were asked — these were quite in-depth given the 1-hour duration of the interview.
Social Media Manager
My interview experience at Bally's Interactive was super professional and went smoothly. It started with an HR screening, then two interview rounds, and a test. My recruiter was awesome, always checking in and giving me updates. They were really transparent and honest, not just updating me but also wishing me luck before each stage, which shows great company culture. The whole thing took about a month, which felt efficient and fair. The hiring manager and the team were really professional. I genuinely enjoyed my interview experience there.

Insight Analyst
The interview process started with a phone screening where they asked basic STAR method questions and about compensation expectations. Next, there was a more technical interview focused on probability concepts and the day-to-day skills required for the role. This technical part would involve probability questions, like those related to dice rolls. Unfortunately, the connection was poor during this interview, which made the overall experience negative. If they don't move forward with your application, they tend to ghost candidates, which is a red flag about company culture, so proceed with caution.
- Can you explain basic dice roll probability, such as the chance of getting a sum of 12 with two dice?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process started with a phone call to discuss your experience and how it aligns with the job. Then, there was a face-to-face interview at the office. This involved questions about your knowledge of the company, followed by more casual questions about your personality and interests. Next, there were about 10 structured, competency-based questions asking for examples from your experience using the STAR method. Finally, there was a role-play where you interacted with a customer (played by the interviewer) to assess your customer engagement skills. The overall experience was straightforward, relaxed, and comfortable.
- Can you share an instance where a plan didn't work out, and describe how you managed it?
- What is your understanding of our company?
- Tell me something about your background and what you like.
