Applied via recruiter, took about 3 weeks total. Started with a phone call that was super technical. Then a take-home test. After that, a 2-hour in-person interview. The first hour had 2 interviewers asking technical quiz stuff, and the second hour had 2 different interviewers asking about technologies and daily processes. Got an offer after 3 days for a Java Developer role. The first part of the in-person was intense with 2 technical tests. The second part was chill, ending with an office tour.

The hiring process started with a recruiter call and everything was wrapped up in about two weeks, which felt pretty quick. First, there was a telephone interview after my resume was screened. Then, I had to complete a technical test at home where I had to write a program and submit it within my own time. The third stage was a 2-hour face-to-face interview, split into two one-hour sessions, each with two interviewers. The final stage was another face-to-face interview with the Development manager. The initial phone call was quite technical, mostly asking standard Java developer interview questions. The take-home test was moderately challenging. The face-to-face interviews were rough, felt like an interrogation and they were not respectful or welcoming, which gave a bad impression of the company. The first part of the F2F covered Java questions at a much deeper level, more suited for a senior role. The second part focused on database, SQL, unit testing, and messaging. They didn't even discuss my technical test. The F2F interviews lacked structure; the interviewers didn't seem coordinated, making it poorly planned.

I was first contacted by a staffing company. The recruiter asked me some personal and technical questions (like about garbage collector, immutable classes) to see if they should send my CV. Then, I had a technical phone interview with Gamesys. They also wanted to know about me and my past work. Next, I was given a take-home task that wasn't too difficult and was explained clearly. The final interview was a Skype call with both behavioral and technical questions. The whole thing took about 2 weeks.
