Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bally's Interactive.
Marketing Operations
The hiring process was quite thorough, with plenty of communication and updates. The HR support was excellent, providing unprompted emails and calls (big thanks to Zoe). The interview with the hiring manager was in-depth and specific. They have high standards and really focus on the details. Even though I was rejected, I have no complaints.

Marketing
The interview process started with me waiting half an hour for the interviewer who was on holiday and had to reschedule. She was late again for the second interview, which was pretty standard. Sadly, I didn't get the job and the feedback was not helpful at all. It was disappointing because I put in a lot of time and effort to accommodate the interviews and prepare for them. I gave feedback on this and got a generic response. I really hope this was just a one-off.
- Can you discuss your marketing experience?
Marketing Executive
The interview process was super fast, only two rounds: one with my manager and then the skip level manager. The first round was pretty chill, like a conversation, and the second one was a more formal interview.
- Can you describe a challenging situation you faced?
