Candidate-reported interview process

First I had an interview with HR to discuss the position and working conditions. Then I had a second interview with the functional manager to expose my professional experience and work on a case study.

The recruitment process was interesting and very responsive. The company seems to really value the HR function. The HR team appears dynamic and innovative. The interviews allow for good projection into the role, but the questions are challenging.

The process was quite long but pretty standard: HR, case study, interview. I didn't get any news or feedback after several interviews and case studies, but the HR person I initially dealt with went on sick leave and was replaced midway through, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe it's not their usual practice (I hope).
