Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was quick and didn't require much prep beyond the actual interviews. The interviewers were really nice and the whole process felt well-designed. Some parts of the interview weren't super clear beforehand, so be ready for surprises.

The interview process was well-organized and streamlined. Everything was clearly explained ahead of time, and I got updates and feedback after each step from the HR person in charge. It took about 1.5 to 2 months. There were 5 steps: HR interview, then a technical interview where we did a code review, followed by another technical interview where I presented a web app page and explained my team's approach to building it. After that, there was an interview about interpersonal skills and team fit with the people I'd be working with, and finally, a company culture fit interview with some senior people.
