Applied Monday afternoon and heard back Tuesday with a rejection email saying "stars didn't align" and "it's not me, it's them." The recruiter never actually reached out, but sent the rejection from a no-reply email address. This was weird given my qualifications met 90% of the job offer.
RH screening, very basic questions. Talent acquisition manager found my profile interesting. Then no more news, no more messages despite 2 email follow-ups. Looking at other reviews, it seems this is a habit at back market, despite the company's repeated apologies in other glassdoor comments.
Had a call with the recruiter, but they never got back to me or even said thanks for my time. The chat was mostly about the company and my career.
