Candidate-reported interview process

First I had an interview with HR to discuss the position and working conditions. Then I had a second interview with the functional manager to expose my professional experience and work on a case study.

The process was quite long but pretty standard: HR, case study, interview. I didn't get any news or feedback after several interviews and case studies, but the HR person I initially dealt with went on sick leave and was replaced midway through, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe it's not their usual practice (I hope).

The process, according to the offer, had 4 steps. First was with HR, then a case study with the hiring manager and team. The third step involved talking with third-party teams and stakeholders. Finally, there was a culture fit assessment with senior managers. Even with this many steps, the process was quite fast. I really liked how professional and available the HR manager was. She communicated clearly and directly all the way through, which is rare and a big plus. It says a lot about the company culture, which is always a good sign.
