First, there was an HR interview, then a case study where I had to identify and plan how to outreach to prospects. I was given examples of prospects and had to explain why I chose them for outreach and how I'd handle potential prospect questions. Finally, I had a final interview.
Smooth process with engaging interviews with HR and then the operations team. 3 video meetings in total, 1 business case. Transparent, pragmatic, and efficient, all in a short period of time.
The first three rounds seemed to go well and everything moved pretty fast. Based on the role and my resume, I thought I was definitely qualified. I didn't get an offer, which is fine, but I'm frustrated by the reason they gave me. It didn't make sense because they said I lacked experience in an area they never even asked me about.
