Applied online and got contacted some time later for an interview. It was with the recruiter and the manager. The manager's facial expressions will tell you from the start if she likes you or not. But at least they follow up with a response fast, they don't keep you hanging which is good.
I had 3 interviews with the managers in my department. For the second interview, I had to prepare a case study in Excel. There were also pretty standard fit questions about my profile and past experiences.
We mainly discussed your qualifications, experiences, abilities, and motivation for the role and company. We also talked about the details in your CV, Resume, and cover letter to get a clearer picture.
