So Arthur D. Little's hiring process usually has four steps. First, they look at your application and sometimes have a quick chat with HR. Then, you'll have a first interview, usually online, where you'll do a case study and answer some fit questions. After that, it's a second round, often in person, with tougher case interviews and chats with senior folks. Lastly, a final interview to see if you're a good fit personality-wise and motivated before they decide.
we had 2 rounds of interviews in the office, each was 1 hour long. The first 15min were fit questions, then 45min case study. The cases were classic types, like market entry or profitability. The interviewers were friendly and helpful if we needed it.
First, we had an initial screening call where I was asked competency questions using the STAR format, plus why I was interested in ADL and this specific role. Then, we had an Assessment day which included an Excel case study exercise, a presentation, and a final interview with senior staff where we went over my behavioural responses.
