First, we had an initial screening call where I was asked competency questions using the STAR format, plus why I was interested in ADL and this specific role. Then, we had an Assessment day which included an Excel case study exercise, a presentation, and a final interview with senior staff where we went over my behavioural responses.
I had 4 interviews in total. First was with a consultant, then a manager, then a principal, and finally a partner. All of them involved a case study and some behavioral questions. However, the interviews with the principal and partner could be entirely behavioral, depending on what they wanted to focus on.
You'll start with a screening interview, and then go through a few more rounds after that. The first screening interview is split into two parts: a get-to-know-you session and a case study. The case study part isn't super tough, and the interviewer will guide you through it.
