Candidate-reported interview process

we had 2 rounds of interviews in the office, each was 1 hour long. The first 15min were fit questions, then 45min case study. The cases were classic types, like market entry or profitability. The interviewers were friendly and helpful if we needed it.

It was a really smooth process, and everyone I met was very nice. I found the whole experience to be reasonable and enjoyable. It seems like a close-knit team there, and people generally seem happy working there.

I went through 2 interviews, each 1 hour long, which involved consulting case studies. I got to ask them some questions. The vibe was pretty good and I felt comfortable. They gave me feedback on the same day.
